No. Whatever happens on the classic server stays on the classic server, unless you get yourself into trouble in the SMP server as well.

Also, it's important to note that bans on classic do not carry over to other servers. With SMP, however, mcban tallies on how many bans you have received on SMP servers, so that other server owners/ managers know if you're a good player or a troublemaker.
 
Sometimes it does apply from classic to survival as Woot said here.
