You can always call your isp and have them change it. there may be a small fee though

There is actually a very easy way to change it yourself. Mine is static because my parents host a 24/7 home server for their tax website. But I remember seeing a video that showed how to change it.
EDIT: It may be dynamic, but chances are it is static.
