What's that netherrack/netherbrick build u got goin' in the desert?

hey Gwin... It seems I always go online when you are offline so I'ma try messaging you here
where can I build in your town? and if I build, how big of a structure am I allowed to make?
I sorta want to build somewhere Isolated but still in your town,
maybe at the farthest corner of your town perhaps?

anyway, so what can I do of service to your town? I have tons of dirt and cobblestone
