Never underestimate the power of prayer, hard work, and determination to improve.
I can honestly say that I'm in a much better place mentally, emotionally, and spiritually than I was a year ago.
But for those who may have been wondering, I'm still alive and kicking.

2015 will be the year I find the inner peace I've been missing all year. It's time for positivity and healthy change.

Bought my first kettlebell today. I'm like a kid with a new toy every time I get more workout equipment.

Watching V for Vendetta..such a weird movie. I think it's funny how V is held up as a hero but is actually based on a 17th century terrorist
