How far away is it from the big village near the portal? It's recommended that it be at least 100 blocks away to avoid conflict.

Somehow, I doubt spawning a ton of creatures that fire explosions and have boss sized health would end well anyway. The server lag and structural damage from all those explosions, alone, would be disastrous. XD

Maybe, for a bit of mercy, they can just be Wither Skeletons instead? XD

Really, the island's not all that valuable. All you have to do is get lucky while voting and you can get some mycelium, which spreads into all surrounding dirt so you can make the area as big as you like, and a mooshroom egg. Kill a few skeletons, get a few bones to make bone meal out of, and...
