It's from the Kagerou Project, a series of Vocaloid Songs, which was then transcribed into Light Novels, Which was then made into a Manga, and (20 chapters in, I may add) will be an Anime airing in April 2014.

This particular GIF was from the Vocaloid Song, "Kisaragi Attention."

I do suggest you get into it, as the whole project ranks very highly for me as far as (Favorite songs/Novel/Manga/etc.) If you have any questions reguarding it, feel free to PM me about it.

Hey Kris, I've heard this song and pretty much every vocaloid song you can imagine, but what is the title of the anime version of the Kangerou Project? Is it just Kangerou Project?

The title of the Kagerou Project anime, when it does air in April, will be "Mekaku City Actors"
