anti-griefing, pvp protection (and retaliation if we so desire), just all in all protection / facilitation of creative building and expansion. sounds like a pretty hot mission statement to me

i agree that the UO is better than TUO.. wasnt trying to coin a phrase, i just didnt know an acronym already was in place ^_^ i think the UO should be more of a deterrent / safety net more than a governing body or army.. a collective, not a government.

if you were wanting to rail together all of the (currently) major points in outlands, i would suggest planning and digging specific routes between places of interest. Always to the closest, and we get a nice honey comb of mining tunnels. Eventually, we'd have veritable mine rail depot stations...
