Are we allowed to make booby traps for our houses etc. that kill players, as long as we CLEARLY mark out that the place IS booby trapped? And if yes, are we allowed to keep their items?

I have been wondering, is there a way to allow peaceful mobs through the nether portal? because the 12w34a update made it possible, but it seems to be blocked on this server.

I would like to have a postal system working between towns, but to make it viable, we would need minecart-with-chests, which are blocked my the minecart plugin. Is it possible to fix this?

I have been looking for the "create a town" page, but i am always sent to the Minecraft Console, and the 'Create a project' section only has an option for creative, and not LTS. Is it too late to create a town, or am i doing something wrong?
