it was 2 or 3 am when i posted this xD i was tired and confused

im going to say about 15 minuts ago a server restart happend, no big deal right? wrong. after said restart there were lts wide perm. issues,no opening chests,no placing blocks, no destroying blocks,no use of vehicles.and only happend after a resent restart.
