Good Pokemon if that's what you wanna use. You need to build a team around her that covers her major weaknesses like choice banded Scizor with Bullet Punch. The ability Magic Bounce is good as it can reflect moves like willowisp, stealth rocks, and others that aren't direct attacks.

I suggest playing on a tier 1 server since it has a more expansive and fun WvW scene, if it's something you'd be interested in. Also more people is better! Megaservers made it so it's never overcrowded and you can always play with friends

No go to Tarnished coast. As a veteran I've played tons of WvW and can say that a tier one server like TC is the way to go

Definitely the best ones to start with to learn the mechanics are Warrior and Guardian. I haven't played for almost a year so I don't know if my advice will be helpful, but I'll tell you this: take your time and don't feel the rush to get to 80. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and music and lore...

If people really want Pokemon for their teams and don't have the time to raise them, I can trade them what they want. I just don't want to wait forever because 2 people don't have the time to form a perfect team

Nope. Also you need to check up on members. If you really want to do this, you need to make sure people who want to do this are still active. It'd suck to start this thing off to find out 3-4 members are inactive and uninterested. Then we'd have to wait even longer.
