Honestly, I think I'm ok with the subscription to Multiplayer. At least it's straight-up honest pay-to-play. Otherwise, they'll be relying on cheap gimmicks like an online store that sells hats for your characters. Works for TF2, but I doubt it would work for this.
Hush hush, TF2 is amazing.

O_O What a cute magical companion, I dun understand the reference though, does red shift imply him trying to shift me into his plans to defeat witches? (I haven't seen the anime)

As for the time frame here is a very interesting wiki article about it

It seems notch's date is well past stars burning out and galaxies expaning away from each other. I just can't figure out if they would expand to the point where their light wouldn't reach us. But Gurw was right, I think notch was talking about both phenomenon. How would we collect energy at that point ;( engulf dead stars with solar panels? Would we have hydrogen for fusion? Or do black holes recycle hydrogen? (oops didn't want to turn this into a speculative science thread)

No worries, the topic has been covered, I officially give this thread permission to devolve into whatever.

Honestly, I think we'll have discovered a break in the Laws of Conservation by that point.
