I believe that Whiterun makes a reference to Minas Tirith or some other kind of city that was drawn on the map in Lord of the Rings. Can you elaborate more please. I am not completely understanding.
hmm, there's that but there's also this:No....
Whiterun moves about 30 Km For no Particular reason.
Srsly guiz
Lord of the Rings:
In Whiterun, the giant tree there is called the Gildergreen. It is grown from the Eldergleam, the oldest living thing in Skyrim, but is failing. This references the Gondorian captial of Minas Tirith in Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, where the legendary White Tree faces a similar fate.
Oh ok, cause moondoggy was talking about literature, and all I saw were two maps of skyrim.
That's itobviously they moved the mountain to the north-west so that they could have an earlier sunset.
this way all the farmers and workers in that town could go home early and drink booze and whatever it is that "whiterunners" do.
they also removed the rivers because it kind of bothered them when stupid bears attack people every time they just wanna get a drink.
