A ZuneHD or a Cowon J3?

In all of the lists i checked these 2 are on the very top when it comes to consumer-grade music players without entering the bulky-brick land of studio players, but which one is better?

Cowon has the best sound but does it make a difference when im using a pair of sennheiser cx-400's compared to the zune?

The zune also comes with its own browser and wi-fi, but lacks a customizable equaliser.
Also its 30 bucks cheaper than the Cowon player at double the memory size (although 16GBs is enough in my book)
 
I don't think either of them would be a BAD choice.

I'm surprised we haven't seen any (many?) android MP3 players on the market.
 
there is one right now from cowon, the d3 plenue, but its 300 bucks last time i checked
archos also does android gadgets, so i wouldnt be surprised if they had any android players
 
going for the cowon anyway, i think ill trust the quality Koreans provide more (both physical and sound)
