It's that time of the month again!

I has two projects :3

A theatre with moar than 200 seats:

EDIT: The theater has 212 seats.
EDIT2: Lol, I forgot to /deafen
And now project 2, a hotel.

Oh and also, the hotel was originally a collab: me and Hexas92, but Hexas had to go just after I started work on the first floor.

I doubt I'll get the promotion. lol
