I think that should be changed from "American school bus" to "What peoples of other countries think of when they think of an American school bus" - the second bus is more like ours, except for the c word (to get a grasp of how that word is perceived in the US, I wouldn't normally censor myself).
And that's why I use slang to cover up much of my offensive language.
I'd say "the-word-I'm-not-supposed-to-say,-let's-call-it-'kent'" is pretty much one of the most offensive words in English in any country.

And Skryter's dead right. Except there's a noticeable lack of kids downing drain cleaner. In both countries.
