Annoying Bosses in Gaming (5th Blog Special)

I told myself that on my 5th blog, I would do a secret special (bosses, characters, sidekicks, ect.). I chose for this one to be bosses because I already have a really annoying boss in mind.
Introducing...The Hag 1! (Banjo Tooie)
Hag1Enter.png

The Hag 1 is a superdrill tank that is packed to the max with weapons. It also has about 4 times as much health as any previous boss. You also have to have a good memory to defeat this machine because the driver pops out and asks you questions about the game!
For this special edition, I cannot describe this in categories easily. Although, I will separate it by Phases (although there are 10 phases!) When I fought this thing, I only had 8 Honeycombs of health (8 HP).
HP=100
The Hag 1 Shoots streams of lasers from both of it's sides and starts spinning around rapidly. The lasers are easy to jump over. After a while, Grunty (the driver of the Hag 1) pops out of the top and asks you a multiple choice question. If you get it right, Grunty will go easy on you and fire spells at you in slow-mo (which still isn't too slow). If you get it wrong, though, she will go all-out. You have to shoot eggs at her to lower her health. Deal 10 damage to her to advance to Phase 2 (Normal Eggs=1 Damage, Ice/Fire=2, and Grenade=3)
HP=90
The Hag 1 drops one Honeycomb and then turn on 2 more lasers for a total of 4. Other than this, it's just like Phase 1.
HP=80
Another Honeycomb drops and all of the lasers turn off, but now you have to worry about mortar cannons. The missiles follow you, so you have to Talon Trot in circles to dodge the mortars and jump to dodge the shrapnel. Once again, Grunty pops out. You know what to do.
HP=70
Another Honeycomb, then another mortar cannon pops out. Do the same thing as Phase 3.
HP=60
After another Honeycomb drops, Grunty recalls the mortars and turns on 2 of the lasers again. This time, though, she'll change directions from time to time. Grunty pops out again. But this time, after you drop her health to 40, the drill stops. The exhaust on the back stops spewing smoke, so you have to shoot a Clockwork Kazooie Egg into it, then find one of it's 2 batteries and blow it to smithereens.
HP=50
As the title says. After you destroy the other battery, Phase 7 begins.
HP=40
The Drill stops completely, not being able to move without it's batteries. Grunty pops out again, but ditches the questions, shooting fast spells at you. This round is easy as the drill is inactive.
HP=30
Same as last time, but this time there is an infinite swarm of flying enemies in the air trying to kill you! Try to dodge them and assault on Grunty.
HP=15
You really ticked off Grunty, so she releases a toxic mustard gas and cyanide into the air and summons 2 ground minions! It's the same as last round, but you now have a time limit due to you holding your breath.
HP=1
Every minion dies becaus of the gas. Grunty accidentally says her last name (Winkybunion) and decides to go all-out on you, creating a ball of magic that machine guns spells at you. You have to keep moving while trying to shoot her or else you will die. If you hit her, she drops her spell into the Hag 1. She tries to find it, but the spell overreacts, causing it to blow the Hag 1 to blow to rubble, Grunty with it. You have defeated Gruntilda (Grunty) Winkybunion!
Difficulty=10 (You-5-10 health, only healing is between rounds for 1 health each. Hag 1-100 health)
Rage-Inducing=8-10
Damage=6 (Every hit takes out 1 health out or yout 5-10.)
Annoyance=9 (I have rage quitted this boss many times for it's sheer power.)
Overall=8.5
The Hag 1 isn't the toughest boss out there, but it is one of them. I have fought this thing multiple times and only beat it when I used a No Damage cheat. This is one of the most annoying bosses I have ever fought.

Next time on Annoying Enemies in Gaming-Stalkers! (Borderlands 2)

Was I the only one who had fun with the complex strategies and trivia questions in this boss?

I remember when I was little that I could never beat this boss. 7 years later, I tried again and I won. So happy.

The trivia questions really test memory of the game. "How many smoke stacks on Grunty Industries?" I still remember the answer, 3.

Looks like the Blog area is starting to recover. I believe my 6th blog will be on Sunday because I will be busy the next two days.
