Anyone else play Pokemon?

IV's have been around since the first gen pokemon games, and they stand for Individual Values. Basically they are values that determine stat distribution that are generated when you first get the pokemon, and stay the same on the pokemon forever. They also determine several other things like Hidden Power type, whether its a shiny and it's gender.

If I was a non-believer, then how could I have an outpost atop Mt. Pyre? How could I even fathom having access to a certain blue sphere that can only be conjured by certain blue canines?

I don't need to believe if I already am.
