Again, as casham has stated, you need to wait for damashki to reply to your appeal, as he is the one to decide if you'll be unbanned or not. Patience is a must.
 
You were banned for griefing the floor and walls of a home located near the guest spawn point. I can give you another chance, provided you promise not to grief again.
