BAN PORTY9 FOR GRIEF MURDER THEFT

A minecrafter who is supposed to be bannedapparently joined this server again and with his friend "enderman1107" destroyed my house somehow and tried to drown me digging the floor (because my house was on water) and stoloe all my things and continuously swore at me teasing and getting me very anxious. i believe porty9 must be banned permanently and have also, his IP banned for no further log-ins.
as you see in the screen shots he did not have an armour but laterhe had. that armour was mine apparently and hestole it when i drowned to death. please do something about this if anyone please agree to me and tell an admin. admins pls stop his abuses, thefts, muders and greifs. thanks you

actually yes il be honest those are his items i got it from him after he died so actually i got it first after you dropped them from drowning and i didnt thief your items ok i only picked it up from the water after you died its your fault you died so i dont deserve being banned

That may be true, but causing unhappiness is not allowed. From the sound of it you tried to get him to drown so in a way you still killed him.

dude you broke my floor and tried drowning me cause my house was above water and you made a wal around it so i cant escape and when i tried to break out you just put the block back in what are you talking about u purposely drowned me and took my stuff and all my things in the chest

And if you cant admit that you should be banned atleast give me all my item back cause isent credits and time gathering all of them. please agree to m guys he purposely killed me i swear even screenshots say it. if he does it next time ill record a vid so it proves even more. btw why would i be arguing this much if nothing happened and i killed myself. please help.
