Ban request - umplay

I was uncertain if this would fall under the category of "Ban Appeals / Abuse Reports".
If such threads aren't needed anymore please tell me, back then there was a Griefer Report thread, that has been closed now for some reason.

I decided to use this thread for more ban requests to avoid thread spamming.
