Banned at friends house

So my buddy and myself both have minecraft, we both went online using the same internet, he wrote, Penis and got banned but it also banned myself, It says i did it too when i honestly did not.
I understand how it looks but i had just built this crazy underground Library with a lava ceiling and then i got banned, My minecraft name is MJ2511, if you can please look this over and please consider repealing the ban...thanks,

And i dont wanna sound like im being smart but i wasnt actually the one who made the sign...it was my friend on whose internet i was using...im not sure if that would affect the appeal at all?

Yes sir i am, we were online in the same house on the same internet, i got banned also and cant log in from my house :(
