Put a rule up saying that doctors can't protect each other. Or else we could have invulnerable doctors owning the entire game.

I thought as much would happen, if I have them knowing each other they'll have no excuse like "Oh, I didn't know" So I might have them know each other and specificity say "doctors can't protect each other"
