Bureaucratic's as a whole suck ass, they never get anything done, and when asked a question, they make long winded 5 minute speeches that have nothing to do with the question being asked.

its not just games, its movies, music, etc, gamers are being worried because its a bit vague on the topic of all "copyrighted material", thus it also could mean it would be illegal to post walkthroughs and let's play's and upload over 10 on them, though it does say that the bill will only affect people making over $2500 cash.

If the bill passes, i suspect many game companies (including us) will add a special clause to the TOS specifically to allow posting videos of their games. A huge part of why Minecraft has grown so fast is the YouTube community.
