WARNING: SPOILERS, LIKE A LOT OF THEM

I encourage everyone that is going to post here, to post in spoiler tags, for the time being.

I love how the game depicts racism in the 1920's. and also the way that it depicts religion.

oh, and, HOW ABOUT THAT FUCKING MINDBLOWING ENDING?!

Everything about it is amazing.

That reference to the original Bioshock at the end was awesome.
The whole moral/philosophical aspect of the story and especially the ending was amazing.
I would have to say that this game will go down in history as one of the best games of all time. It lived up to the hype.

Definitely one of the best games I have ever played. And that ending, where every door is a new world, something that may have never been seen before. And the fact that Booker was caught in this infinite loop, that he could only end by drowning himself along with Comstock. It was just so good

One of the best games ever made.

I don't need a spoiler tag to say that.

Fantastic game and I love how the ending ties up the loose ends present in the storyline, however, would Elizabeth not exist in the first place if all versions of Booker/Comstock are killed simultaneously before her birth?

No, only the Bookers who took the baptism and became Comstock were killed. Therefore, the Bookers who didn't take the baptism never had the opportunity to sell Anna to pay off their gambling debts. Everyone lives happily ever after. Except not really. Booker still has to raise a baby, is in a fuck ton of debt again, and lives in a shitty apartment as a single father.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the clarification.

I love how this game contrasted so heavily from the previous two in so many ways.
1: Complete opposite environment, except for under the ocean you're above the clouds.
2: Your escort throughout the game is actually useful and takes the effort out of walking around with a young girl companion.
3: Instead of your character being next to silent like in 1&2, Dewitt interacts with people and things so much! Over 20,000 lines of dialogue in this game, around 30% of which is purely shared between Dewitt and Elizabeth.
4: 1&2's plasmids were quite basic in so far as you had generic powers like fire, lightning, telekinesis and were meant to be powers to better one's livelihood but Infinite's "vigors" were so unconventional, they were awesome. Seriously, summoning a murder of crows, creating shock waves along the ground, sooooo cooooool!
5: As opposed to being confined in a big daddy suit with low mobility in 2, you're given the opposite with ultra-mobility thanks to the sky-hook.
But what I loved the most was how Infinite could still capture 1&2's fear of the unknown. In Bioshock 1&2, you feel claustrophobic and paranoid but in Infinite, you don't know what to expect because you're so out of your comfort zone.
Love.This.Game.....
