I keep pressing the Public button, but nothing's happening.

Is there a problem with my thing?

EDIT: I forgot to verify my account :p

I'm not sure what you mean here.. I simply pointed out a major distinction between the two brands, showing that they are not the same. Not saying one is superior to the other, or that you need one over the other.

Also, just to be clear here - the future of powerful gaming processors isn't necessarily more cores. A processor that puts out more power from less cores is often times superior to multi-core beasts. It's a little naive to assume that everyone will be packing 16 cores in their personal rig... are 16 pennies better than 8 dollar bills? It's a more complicated issue than just the number of cores mate.

Now back to topic.

AMD is teh cheapzors, but Intel is ever so smexy. Choose wisely.
my bad.. been so out of it lately.. misread i guess :p

Did anyone else read "pennies" as "penises" the first time through?
Always.

And there is no such thing as overkill. No, don't even start, your arguments will be invalid against the might of the non-existence of overkill. ITS CALLED POWER!

Well, the list won't go public, so here's all of the items:

Please tell me how this looks. I'll check it in the morning.

You may not wanted to overload us with the minor details, but just a friendly reminder, don't forget a CPU Fan, (The Case included its own Fans - Bonus), You also needed at least one monitor (since you are on a laptop); and you should also look at Speakers (assuming you don't have external one currently)....and finally Keyboard/Mouse

Just saying make sure to take these items into consideration for your budget, a nice keyboard/mouse combo could get up to 80 to 100 bucks depending on the type.

I think I can hold off on the monitor and speakers for a while, since I am planning on using my TV with a HDMI cable. I might get a new mouse, so the combos might be worth a look. And fans shouldn't be too expensive. I do plan on getting speakers at least, and may get a monitor in the future (so I can use my computer while someone else is on the TV)

Also, which would you recommend, a fan or liquid cooling?

EDIT: One last thing, if anyone happens to know how to see how much wattage this is all going to be, I need to know for the power supply.
