For example say you won the console prize but you didn't live in America and lived in say Australia would you ship a console from the country the winner is from or would you send a American copy, due to the winner not being able to play the majority of the games on said console due to region lock if they received a American copy (This question also applies to the game to).

What's a good program like windows movie maker that is free/demo/trial that runs on xp?

This goes back to Hawke. Be careful with beta's. Lots of beta's have NDA's(Non-disclosure Agreements) That you had to agree to...though once a beta is open, it is general practice to lift an NDA, sometimes it doesn't happen.

fraps can record, its 20$ for the full version but the trial can give you a bunch of 30 sec vids, which i guess if you are good at editing would work
