Hiya! I see you've already submitted a bug report via T9k's Report a Bug site. I do believe there is an auto-shutoff feature utilized for T9k launch servers if they are inactive for an extended period so that's probably triggering if it's not seeing you properly in the server as you say. Double check the NK# to make sure it's your server and hopefully Wooty can respond with more clarity on this issue.
