Depends on who it is, but don't advertise it or share it publicly on world chat until Towny is up. Otherwise, if they want to know where it is, they can find it themselves quite easily.

I believe this is still the transition server, where woot is making sure plugins and such work, and installing them. Notice how he hasn't made a post about an official wipe yet.
