Dead Island Problem

This thread is for anyone who has game problems with Dead Island.
All problems will be listed in this first post.

So here what my problem is, hopefully someone knows how to solve it, I searched for an answer on the web already, but noone could help so far:

DerDo: While playing by myself nothing happens, but as soo I connect to someone else or someone onnects with me the game crashes after a few seconds.
