That was our fearless leader, Wooty (aka Wootybooty), who booted up the servers.
I think he's the only one who can do that though.

I haven't played it all that much, but Touhou has a pretty large amount of fan stuff within the universe.

Some sprites I made in classic were from a fangame of "Megamari", which was basically Touhou themed Megaman, lol
