Do we even have a ranking system?

Well, i just noticed this thread and am wondering if these get used anymore, or if new users can't build. Using monkezilla, I can build, but i'm wondering if anyone else can build.

May have a new user this weekend, could I have permissions based on what i've done under monkezilla when I make it?

No ranks yet, but we will be partially installing a whitelist soon. Whitelisted members will be able to build anywhere (barring admin-protected areas, of course), but guests will only be able to build in the Outlands and selected cities (Minetopia is the first guest city).
