No, you can only have like 8 people in one server.

No, Xbox cannot support the massive server requirements Team 9000 needs.
Besides, the Xbox version of Minecraft is so inferior to the PC version it is not even funny.

lol only 8 year olds play it on the Xbox. and so far all they build are box after box.. after box.. after box..
and anyway how could you even run a server with more than 8 people on the xbox?
1. no chat and only mics so it would be immposible to communicate with everybody talking at once
2. there would be no plugins what so ever so greifing would be left and right
3. there is no way of banning people, only kicking so people would just keep coming back
and so on.
also what in the what the hell would be the point of running a server for THE SAME GAME on two different devices...
Logic? and why do you want to play it on the Xbox over the Pc in the first place? so much better to come on the PC then the xbox for minecraft.
