Eagle Pass - Barracks

As you may or may not know, we have recently established a city guard in Eagle Pass. To accommodated this, I vote that we construct a barracks just behind the Citadel.

I was thinking of merging the barracks into the back side of the tower and adding an eagle (hahzleons one) on the roof, whatya think prof?
