With both PAXes becoming so crowded, (Prime sold out in less than 48 hours this year) The Escapist seems to have jumped at the opportunity to host the next big gaming convention, this one in North Carolina.

Depending on the circumstances, I will more than happily make some pulled pork barbecue, or a couple of racks of ribs for anyone who comes. You'll probably get to see my baby, too. And my son.

Glad people are already planning on going! It's pretty small this year, only about 5K people, but PAX started that way too, remember.
The Excapist is basically just another site among the countless video game news/review sites, but is more well-known I'd say for its video series Zero Punctuation.
