Facebook IPO

Just found another article talking about Facebook and it's still falling prices and who's to blame. It would seem that this isn't a typical IPO. My wife works for an investment bank and she says they're thinking the actual value of FB stocks are somewhere under $20/share. That may be a bit harsh, in my opinion. Currently, FB shares are at about $32, down still from yesterday's close.

A true snapshot of an IPO cannot be attained within 2 days. Give it 2 weeks, and then you will be able to get a feel for how it is holding up.

I read that Facebook's revenue is in the region of $3 billion. The valuation of Facebook at $100 billion therefore seems rather high, unless Facebook has plans in the pipeline to massively increase revenue.
