I'm pretty sure AMD wouldn't do this.

That's not how this works. If a movie is released in one of these encrypted formats, you literally would not BE ABLE to watch it on an computer with an AMD chip, because the computer would not be able to decrypt the video. It would be silly for AMD to limit themselves in this way, and (if the format caught on), the market would force them to license the technology from intel.

I see what you're talking about, there would still be other ways to do it, without forcing AMD to do that which would probably be more benificial.

Well, everything is bought besides CPU and MoBo.. They hadn't recieved the CPU and the f'd up the MoBo.. the put the IV instead of V so I gotta wait :(

But for everything else: :D

What the hell does that mean..
The store I ordered from, they still hadn't received the CPU (Processor) I was wanting and the MoBo (Mother Board) they had mistaken the Crosshair V with the Crosshair IV.. But I did get all the other parts :D

Ahh, I've never heard anyone call a motherboard a "MoBo" hahaha.

@kingjoker, should have had me do it for you. How does a reputable PC shop mix these things up?

@Zovator, we all call them Mobos.
