Becoming an engineer on the server requires more then building. Sure, it is great you can build awesome stuff like you just shown. However, engineer+ is more server maintenance, you will find yourself with much less building time and much more time taking care of the noobs and such. Now, if you have shown yourself to be a great part of the community, and can take care of the server via patrolling for grief, answering questions and such, I am sure you will be promoted in time.
With all this being said, it is not my decision wether or not to promote you, that is left to the admins. I also have no clue what you have done, that is left to those who see you on. I am just giving you the rundown of what is expected of engineers and up. I am also not saying you will not be promoted. I am just saying that building alone will not get you there.
Also, I love that build, very nicely done! I hope that you are able to reach your goals and I wish you the best!
