gamescom 2012 Köln

I've been at the gamescom 2012 at Köln, sadly not all days from 16th to the 20th of August, but at least 2 days.
It was the greatest thing I've ever experienced so far and wanted to go there for such a long time.

Awesome! Hope you got to check out some sweet stuff. there were a lot of big announcements at Gamescom this year surprisingly. Seems like a good year to have gone.

Well we waited in the line for the next BF3 package around for 4 hours, but it wasn't really worth it, the match was too short for to try out all the things while trying to win something (got a shirt for being part of the best team). The only thing I was able to try out was the Quad bike, kinda nice, but I would have loved to sit in the AC130 to shoot someone's ass from the map XD, never actually got to to so, since once someone is in they won't leave it before crashing _ _. But still, though too short and though I couldn't see all the things, I think it's going to be great, and after all I bought it already so I just have to wait for the release : )

I also had 2 matches on Black Ops 2. It was a great feeling, I've been first in both matches, there are many ways to personalice your class, the maps are simply great, there are so many ways to move around on the map, to hide, to defend yourself and get an advantage even if U should be outnumbered. Simply great! But there weren't many weapons to use, I couldn't see which killstreaks beside UAV, Anti-UAV, carepackage and a little guided heli are going to be ingame, nor could I play with all the wepaons, nor could I see what else beside CTF and TDM is going else to be played. And what I'm a little bit sad about is, that all the weapons have a far too high accuracy, even while shooting the dot won't move much.

But if you want to play an upcomming game there (like Black Ops at this gamescom), better get one hour earlier than they open there so U can run to the stand, we saved us like this at the Black Ops stand more than 3 hours ating time, we were the 2nd group to enter after half an hour : )
We spent the time to have a look around the halls and play some of the bigger games. If we wanted to play the tinier ones or the old games like Pacman we should have stayed more than these 2 day, but well, first time there and we didn't thought there was so much more to do there, so my friend had to go because of an personal issue and so I followed him (luckily, didn't have much money left , reached my limits at the cash machine. XD

After going to PAX, I'm hooked on gaming cons. It was a blast. I can only imagine how much fun you had going to this.

You better got yourself a copy of Landwirschafts-simulator Gold edition, they were handing them out for free, game of the year, all years : D Valve also gave away a ton of free codes at their booth, me and my friends came there 3 times a day every single day and we went home with 35 free indie games! Also, if you were checking out starcraft at the intel extreme masters, you could have seen me hold up a sign saying:"Day[9] is mai husbando (Hi /vg/)" in front of the camera haha : D

Uhm no, we weren't intrested in the simultor, so we didn't even mided going there XD
And also no, didn't see them giving codes to people, but we got some other things from diffrent stands too. But I'll remind that for next year : )
I saw some people holding up shields, but "Day [9] is mai husbando (Hi /vg/)" wasn't under them.
