no one knows who the guy even is. The police put up that photo asking the public to identify him. As for cell numbers, i dont have them - but i'm sure the police would have that information from the family.

She left home late saturday night to supposedly go to a party and never came home. She was rumored to have been plotting a runaway with an older man sometime this week too. I assume the man in the picture is the older male in question.
