Help: Google Chrome and Firefox is not launching

It's not. Maybe because I am using a hotel net. Maybe I got hax0red. I'm using IE right now and it sucks ballz. Help? I used troubleshooting.
 
Go downstairs, tell the hotel their Internet Fucking sucks. Tell their manager you're just too fresh for him and he needs #swaggg. They'll take it into full consideration and they'll upgrade to a multi-million buisness router and Steal Internet from the US Govornment. Problem solved.
