How to make the abomination disappear

You know that banner at the top of the page? In all of it's ugly awfulness? Instead of bitching about it, how about we make it go away?

Step 1: Install chrome or firefox. You should have done this already.
Step 2: Install Adblock+. Again, you should have done this already.
Step 3: In chrome, click the Adblock button in the upper right hand corner, in fire fox go to Tools > Addons > Adblock Plus
Step 4: From the Adblock Options screen, go to the customize tab.
Step 5: Where it says "Manually Edit your filters" click edit.
Step 6: Enter the following code:

Step 7: Click save, and exit the adblock menu.
Step 8: NO MORE FUCKING PONIES!!!!!!!!

It will not, I blocked the DIV tag which holds entire header picture. I tried to just block the pony picture, and nothing else, but somehow I can find an image of the header separate from the image, and vice versa, but blocking the pony header doesn't do anything.

So basically I will just have to go by word of tongue to find out if I should unblock the header?
