For our fellow players who do not know, here is a short "How To" for making a demo.

-->Ingame press your "~" (known as the tild key) to bring down your console.

-->In the console, type record "nameofdemohere".

-->This will begin recording your demo. Press "~" (tild) again to bring you out of console.
You can either spectate or observe in gameplay.

-->When you feel you have sufficient evidence, or have run the demo long enough, press "~" (tild) once again to bring the console back down.

-->Type "stop" to stop recording the demo. The demo will be autosaved in
your cstrike folder. Find the file name....it will have ".dem" as the file name.

Some things to consider when recording a demo:

You should generally have a connection that is conducive to recording a demo...if you're running off a 56K, chances are the demo is going to be very choppy, and nothing will be made of it.

Try to keep the size of the demo down for ease of email or upload. If you cannot email it, you're stuck.

this is just a simple how to for the people that have no clue how to make a demo and since demo's are mostly used to catch hackers and stuff like that or abuses i thought posting it in this section would be the best
o and maybe sticky this thread so people know how wen they come would help?

it won't let me edit -_-

to view your demo open up counter strike then the console and type in view demo "nameofdemo"

with that u can fast forward rewind stop pause ect...
