Very nice, I think on top of the mountain would be cool too. However, I bet you already went over that and decided that was best. Now we wait to see what woot says.

I checked it out....the simple fact that A) the mountain is almost at sky limit and B) has a sheer drop on three sides kinda made it a moot point. besides, the town is called Eagle PASS, not Eagle PEAK, so the valley between seemed like a better choice.

I also thought these, thats why in the valley is a better option. Just, on top of a mountain would be pretty cool :). Oh and, fixed.

nah, that didn't really have any say in my thoughts of where on the mountain it should be, just that the twin peaks made it perfect.

The portal to eagle pass was only supposed to be in oxytown temporarily. When this thread started, people were still shooting ideas on where the portal should be permanently placed. Once elm creek comes out, I imagine the eagle pass portal will be moved to a location like this and the elm creek portal will be placed either in or near eagle pass.
