I wish For a Tekkit Server

listen guys i was playing tekkit and to be frank it was awesome
They have fixed their launchers and update are to their best
Tekkit is really fun and bring mine craft to its limits .i play on other servers and i think that t9k can get their own tekkit server
which would be awesome

i am not demanding anything just want u guys to discuss over this

tekkit is indeed awesome but I don't expect woot to cater to a minority and start a tekkit server. Most people here are more interested in vanilla minecraft. Not that I'm complaining, I'll play em both.

It would sure be awesome, but I don't know if:
1. Wooty LLC has the resources
2. Woot has the time
3. If there is enough demand
But yeah, tekkit is pretty much where most of my time playing Minecraft is going lately. Until, that is, we start building New Cydonia.

I already asked woot about this. He told me that if I wanted a tekkit server to play on, i should just host it. He does have lots of servers hosted at once, so that's pretty reasonable. I do have a tekkit server running, not going to advertise it though. Hosting the server does eat up your RAM, so hosting both minecraft servers would be a pain.

ok i believe majority of people here at survival are just children new to minecraft or just dont want to learn and people who know the minecraft world are less we shuld make those ignorant kids aware that wuld be a pain but in the end of this poll results wuld be the winner

Iknow abt server host and its pains but tekkit is no poo either

Tekkit is th new MineCraft Literally it is a fast growing hype thanks to yogscast videos

Introducing tekkit wuld be an honor i know it wuld be painful at first but the benefits u culd reap, the jetpacks u culd fly ,that laser u culd kill,
the free flight with the RIng, the machine that culd be made, the electricity that culd be used , the Destruction with nukes , the extra ore that culd be found, the many more thing that i dont know of culd happen



Only in Tekkit ;(

If u are a ignorant kid type : tekkit with dunchan in the youtube search box see the first 3 videos (bearly 10 mins) and rock ur brains out

You know, maybe you shouldn't be so judgmental. A lot of people on the Survival server ARE very experienced, and most of them AREN'T children. Personally, I prefer Vanilla, because...well, I'd like to play with other people, the way Survival was intended to be. Even though Survival isn't exactly like a SMP server that has no plugins/mods (For those who don't know, Survival has multiple worlds like the Mining World, towns, plugins, and so on), I still think it retains some of the original features. That, and there's no point in having another server, as we already have one.

Ok, look here boy, I don't take kindly to immature little upstarts like you that try to start arguements and call people he barely (yes its spelled barely and not bearly) knows "ignorant" or claim that they are "children". Also, its spelled "Duncan" as in "Tekkit with Duncan", although "dunchan" sounds like a potential name for an anima character, albeit retarded sounding. You don't simply start the name calling just because some people have pointed out the reasons that a new minecraft server is not feasible. Screw you for that and grow up.

Moral of the story: Don't be a cunt.

I am not being straight forward or narrow either tekkit is mmo just like vanilla U can PLAY WITH OTHERS
Tekkit is a mod of all vanilla included
basically tekkit has all + its new items drops and new ores so u get to play ur vanilla + extra

You don't get it.

1: We don't need 2 Survival servers. It stretches out the players that go on Survival.
2: We don't need mods. If you have to have a modded server to play Minecraft, you probably shouldn't go around stating that the players are 'new to minecraft'
3: You seem to try to insult people that dislike the idea of a Tekkit server. As seen here...

Listen I Never intended to hurt any1's feeling or tried to down grade them i merely wanted to u all to know (or u might already i dont care)
that there is no limits to minecraft and if u want to experience more that whats now .... try Tekkit
