I have MAC filtering set up, a disabled SSID, disabled wireless management, 16 character password with upper and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, and AES encryption. If anyone can steal my internet they have earned it.

Not where I live... We have the best package from the best provider in our area and our download is 8 and our upload is .47

You can get T1s anywhere since they are carried over basic phone lines. They are super reliable and give you about 1.5 MB upload and download (symmetrical). Put enough of these in an etherchannel and you have yourself some bad ass internet. The only thing is one T1 costs about 300 dollars a month and you would have to get a separate phone line for each one. Yeah infinitely fast internet is possible but it would be unreasonably expensive. I know if I ever move out to the sticks and shitty internet is all I can get, I will get a T1. Believe it or not 1.5 megs up and down will run any game you throw at it.
