Can I suggest some kind of question that explains to the lovely individuals that ask so nicely:

How do u not b an outsider? Gize?

(..before preceding to poke around towns, aimlessly punching stuff). Not that I'm not ecstatic that griefers are now told not to grief and everyone else gets to learn how to use a web browser.

Yes, it is. I've just done it. The questions are:

Load up the map. Do you see a map? [Yes, No]
Load up the rules. What's the big word in bold at the top? [Apple, Mojang, Blackberry, Raspberry, Whatever]
Are you a griefer? [Yes, No]

The problem with two of those questions is that the answers are obvious, and don't actually require anything. It will work about as well as the "Click here if you're over 18" buttons certain websites have...

It needs some way of informing people why 'dey r outsyderz'.

It needs some way (perhaps though the addition of a question, hence topic) of teaching people about Towny and stop them asking about why they're outsiders. But yes, you're right, the current questions aren't that good.
