Is Classic still operational?

Hi there. Today i come to you with 2 simple questions that I am interested in clearing:

1. Is the Minecraft Classic Server still up?
2. Can someone link me to where I can download it? Can't find it on Mojang's website now.

To answer your second question, Mojang has since removed the link to classic from any pages. The only way you'll find it now is by knowing it exists.

Alternatively, you can use any of the multiple Classic clients to log into servers.
