Could of = You're a fucking retard

I keep thinking about this...and could of really doesn't make any sense...who says that? It's could've or could have. "I could have done this without quotations, but I didn't."

It's because some people type it out how they "say" it.

Like I "could of" gotten that shirt on sale. When if they have properly pronounced the words, it would have been "I could've gotten that shirt on sale".

Say could've and you'll see why people type "could of". Also chrome says could've is a misspelled word.
