I cant install the minecraft jar i have tried many places and its not working why is that.Do i already have it i have alpha.
 
search in [User]/ApplicationData/.minecraft . Maybe if you put it there it will work :D
 
If you've installed Alpha then you should be fine.
Where did you get the minecraft.jar? And what are you trying to get working? WoM?
