Actually, it's crafted with a gold nugget and a melon, you use it to make healing potions.

I don't think it's possible to leave The End in Creative Mode. Jeb tweeted that "Currently it's very hard to leave The End in creative mode =)". Does it involve Ender Pearls, since they don't work in Creative?

Anyone willing to test this?

Yes! In other news... DEM SWORDS. To get better enchantments, put bookcases near the enchanter. There are three enchantments, the knockback (top one), which makes fighting SO EASY, the Smite enchantment (bottom one I think?), which I believe done more damage, and the Bane of Arthopods sword (middle enchantment I think?), which hits spiders and maybe silverfish harder.
